What you'll do

• Handle patent matters before the USPTO, foreign patent offices, federal courts, and the PTAB
• work on patent prosecution, litigation, and counseling
• address patentability, prosecution strategy, infringement, validity, and claim construction
• handle trademark, trade secret, and copyright litigation
• advise on freedom-to-operate, IP portfolios, clearance, opinions, and due diligence
• support M&A and licensing transactions
• work directly with business leaders, scientists, engineers, inventors, and other clients.
