The Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Sandwich, IL, with compensation of $40–$55 per hour. Pavilion Healthcare provides long- and short-term skilled nursing care focused on personalized care and residents’ well-being. The nurse is accountable for a group of residents or a shift, assessing needs, implementing and evaluating care plans, and providing licensed care. The role also supports safe, coordinated resident care through medication administration, treatments, documentation, and supervision of nursing assistants.

What you'll do

• Provide licensed care according to physician orders and applicable standards
• assess residents and implement and evaluate care plans
• administer medications and treatments
• record vital signs and nursing notes
• transcribe physician orders
• supervise certified nursing assistant services
• maintain a clean and safe care environment
• report shift activities and discrepancies
• support resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
