What you'll do

• Lead sourcing across multiple sites and complex categories
• develop strategies for cost, quality, availability, and risk
• forecast spend and market risks
• manage multi-tier supplier strategies
• build vendor relationships and negotiate pricing and agreements
• assess supplier financial health and capacity
• lead and mentor direct and indirect reports
• track sourcing KPIs
• implement standard work and continuous improvement
• identify and mitigate sourcing risks
• maintain ethical sourcing and compliance.
