What you'll do

• Follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, and product specifications
• monitor process variables
• load raw materials and unload finished goods
• maintain production records and equipment logs
• meet production schedules
• participate in operator-led preventive maintenance
• conduct in-line quality checks
• adjust machine settings
• report equipment or measuring-device malfunctions
• collaborate on product settings, efficiency, and scrap reduction
• support and train team members
• follow safety, PPE, and housekeeping requirements.
