What you'll do

• Respond to guest repair requests
• maintain electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler systems
• update maintenance requests and work orders
• repair guest-room and public-area fixtures and equipment
• troubleshoot equipment
• maintain tools and inventory
• monitor fire alarm and life-safety systems as needed
• respond to emergencies
• train and instruct staff by sharing knowledge and skills.
