What you'll do

• Ensure the safety of project craft and the care of company assets.
• Develop and implement plans for the construction of heavy civil infrastructure within budget, schedule, quality, and environmental criteria.
• Lead, direct, and manage the entire direction of construction and related activities within assigned area of responsibility.
• Train and develop craft workforce and build a highly effective team.
• Maintain a professional working relationship with client representatives.
• Communicate changes or modifications of jobsite activities and adjust plans as required.
