What you'll do

• Perform field installations, start-ups, preventive maintenance, inspections, and performance tests
• document installed product performance
• train users in product operation and maintenance
• troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate refrigeration, electronic, and electromechanical systems
• coordinate customer service calls
• maintain knowledge of warranty and service policies
• keep vehicle logs, maintenance schedules, and field service and travel expense reports.
