Facility Maintenance Technician

The Facility Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Niagara Falls, NY. Pay is $19–$24 per hour. The position supports Buffalo Launch Club facilities and grounds. What you'll do

• Complete seasonal opening and closing tasks
• maintain grounds, clubhouse, pool, basin, and surrounding structures
• inspect and repair building components when able
• maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• record repairs and service dates
• coordinate with vendors
• and perform additional maintenance and cleaning tasks as needed.
