What you'll do

• Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for assigned Area Directors and General Managers.
• Create and implement HR, talent management, and engagement solutions.
• Champion the full talent lifecycle including workforce planning, acquisition, and succession planning.
• Assess, coach, and develop leaders to strengthen effectiveness.
• Champion an environment of engagement.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relation issues.
• Partner with Labor and Employee Relations on union matters.
• Facilitate navigation through HR processes.
• Leverage workforce data to identify trends.
• Promote policy and compliance to manage risk.
