What you'll do

• Develop and execute change management strategies for organizational transformation
• oversee configuration, change, and release management. Lead Change Control Board meetings, assess impact and readiness, and design communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans. Maintain configuration management documentation templates and baselines
• identify risks and mitigation plans
• track Change Requests in Jira and improve tracking and visualization. Monitor initiative effectiveness and collaborate with leadership and project teams to align change efforts with business objectives.
