What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and other health indicators
• promptly report condition changes to nursing staff
• support residents’ emotional and social well-being
• help maintain a clean, safe, comfortable environment
• collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide individualized care.
