What you'll do

• Manage and grow the Kansas/Missouri Division Structural Engineering Group, including design, inspection, and rehabilitation service lines
• manage project teams and staffing, budgets, and schedules across multiple offices
• contribute to strategic growth initiatives
• develop and manage client relationships
• represent Benesch at industry and professional events
• identify and lead project pursuits
• collaborate on regional growth strategy
• mentor junior and mid-level engineers
• support project financial objectives and review professional services contracts and project documentation for risk and compliance.
