What you'll do

• Assist with resident intake, paperwork, orientation, and distribution of essential items
• support daily sanctuary operations, including meal distribution, cleanliness, laundry, and common areas
• collaborate with social workers, case managers, and security staff
• monitor premises
• respond to emergencies and conflicts under established protocols
• provide immediate crisis support
• mediate minor disputes and escalate larger concerns
• connect residents with social, medical, mental health, and job-training resources
• maintain confidential records
• organize activities that encourage community and peer support.
