Shift Manager

What you'll do

• Maintain cleanliness, food quality, sanitation, and customer service standards
• manage shift costs and cash handling
• set up registers and coordinate shift transitions
• supervise and direct team members
• train staff when requested
• complete shift reports and documentation
• conduct operational walk-throughs
• enforce safety and security procedures
• at higher levels, manage inventory, food orders, labor and food costs, and mentor junior shift managers.
