What you'll do

• Lead the footwear materials development team in Portland and Asia

• partner with cost engineering
• guide materials strategies for foams, rubbers, and sockliners
• mentor cross-functional teams
• forecast materials
• resolve vendor, lead-time, timeline, color, and cost issues.
