Associate Customer Success Specialist

Job overview

The Associate Customer Success Specialist role is onsite at Catapult’s Boston, MA office. The target total compensation range is $40,000–$94,400 per year, inclusive of base salary and a target incentive plan. Catapult provides sports performance technology and insights to teams and athletes. The specialist supports customers across North America by helping them adopt and realize value from Catapult and Perch products. Through training, customer support, sport science data interpretation, and coordination with internal teams, the role contributes to customer engagement, retention, and product improvement.

What you'll do

• Support a pooled North American customer base
• build customer relationships and provide ongoing product support
• deliver onboarding, training, workshops, demonstrations, and best-practice education
• identify customer needs, adoption gaps, risks, and opportunities
• manage requests through resolution or escalation
• analyze and interpret Catapult and Perch data
• share customer feedback and market insights with internal teams.
