What you'll do

• Perform professional nursing duties to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and advocate for patients and families
• direct patient care activities by assigning staff and functions based on patient needs and staff skills
• serve as a clinical leader and resource for staff
• collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families
• support adherence to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards. Requires an active, unrestricted California RN license, accredited nursing education, current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications, and at least one year of professional nursing experience.
