The Caregiver / Resident Care Associate / CNA is an onsite role in Godfrey, IL. Pay is $16–$17 per hour. Charter Senior Living’s mission is to enhance the human spirit by supporting residents through compassionate care and meaningful relationships. The caregiver provides hands-on support in assisted living and/or memory care neighborhoods, helping residents maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life through daily care, companionship, and collaboration with nursing staff and community leadership.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and individualized care plans
• support mobility, transfers, dressing, grooming, and bathing
• observe and report changes in condition
• document care and services
• provide emotional support and companionship
• maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• collaborate with nursing staff and community leadership
• and help create meaningful resident experiences.

Why this role
