Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

What you'll do

• Welcome patients in person and by phone
• answer calls and schedule appointments
• verify insurance eligibility and update records
• present treatment plans and schedule follow-ups
• collect copays and balances and post payments
• review financing and payment options.
