What you'll do

• Develop project goals, schedules, and budgets
• coordinate design-phase and due diligence work
• track project performance and costs
• prepare health reports
• coordinate VDC implementation
• assist preconstruction estimating
• manage subcontracts, purchase orders, invoices, pay applications, and change orders
• lead project meetings
• identify and mitigate risks
• communicate with clients, designers, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors
• mentor and supervise project staff
• contribute to operations procedures.
