Oversee all accounting and finance functions while providing strategic financial guidance to support the company’s growth and operations. Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and cash flow in line with ownership’s direction. Work with senior leadership to analyze results and recommend actions to improve profitability, efficiency, and long-term financia
