What you'll do

• Assess resident conditions and develop or implement care plans
• document observations and maintain medical records
• make resident rounds and evaluate responses to treatments and medications
• provide nursing treatments including wound care, IV therapy, and tube feedings
• administer medications
• coordinate appointments and emergency care
• supervise and assist CNAs
• complete assessments, admissions, transfers, discharges, and reports
• participate in quality improvement and regulatory survey activities.
