What you'll do

• Learn and maintain company standards and protocols
• understand and discuss the coffee program and coffees served
• operate brewing equipment, grinders, scales, timers, water towers, point-of-sale, and mobile payment systems
• restock store areas
• perform opening, closing, and midday tasks
• learn and perfect latte art
• maintain cleanliness and organization
• take accurate guest orders and resolve complaints professionally or alert a leader
• receive and check deliveries
• record temperatures as required
• maintain health department standards and follow dress-code protocol.
