What you'll do

• Develop preconstruction work plans
• serve as the primary design-phase contact
• lead meetings and coordinate stakeholders
• advise on cost, schedule, logistics, risk, coordination, and constructability
• monitor design milestones and communicate impacts
• track budgets and forecast costs
• coordinate payment applications and scope-change documentation
• support subcontractor engagement, design-assist and design-build packages, public bidding, proposals, and process improvements.
