What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• prepare meals for individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when needed
• engage clients in activities
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• provide transportation to appointments and social gatherings
• follow care plans
• document daily activities and communicate client concerns to the office.
