What you'll do

• Handle guest inquiries and complaints
• coordinate housekeeping, security, and service requests
• process reservations and check-ins
• reconcile credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy, room charges, bills, and cash drawer activity
• complete administrative and bookkeeping procedures
• prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
