Accounts Receivable Specialist and Contract Coordinator

What you'll do

• Review, edit, negotiate, and execute commercial fireplace and rebar contracts
• track contracts and prepare schedules of values
• coordinate insurance documents and enrollment paperwork
• submit monthly project billing
• monitor billings and waivers
• process change orders and closeout documents
• process receivables and payments
• post and verify transactions
• support collections and customer service
• maintain confidential information and financial records.
