What you'll do

• Coordinate project schedules, installers, subcontractors, vendors, customers, deliveries, inspections, and permits
• maintain the production calendar
• prepare project documents
• track materials and inventory
• update CRM records
• coordinate punch lists and warranty work
• support project closeout and payment collection
• and provide operational updates.
