School Psychologist

Job overview

The School Psychologist role is onsite in Columbia City, OR. Pay is $55–$70 per hour. The position supports students and school teams during the school year through assessment, counseling, and educational planning. The psychologist evaluates students' cognitive, academic, and social-emotional needs and helps develop and implement IEPs and 504 Plans. Collaboration with families, teachers, and special education teams supports student mental health, behavior, and educational needs.

What you'll do

• Conduct psychological assessments
• develop and implement IEPs and 504 Plans
• provide individual and group counseling
• collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams on interventions
• participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and crisis intervention as needed
• maintain confidential records in compliance with ODE and IDEA guidelines
• provide staff training and consultation
• support social skills, self-regulation, and behavioral interventions.

Why this role

Requires a master's or doctorate in school psychology and an Oregon School Psychologist License. Nationally Certified School Psychologist certification is preferred.
