What you'll do

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns and complete repairs
• perform oil services, tire rotations, brake checks, and fluid inspections
• road-test vehicles and use diagnostic equipment to verify repairs meet manufacturer standards
• document work, parts, and recommended services
• coordinate with service advisors and technicians
• occasionally explain findings and next steps to customers.
