The NOC Caregiver role is onsite in Green Bay, WI, and pays $18–$21 per hour. The part-time schedule is 10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. Dimensions Living Green Bay provides care and support to residents in its senior living community. The caregiver assists residents with daily living, routines, mobility, and activities while supporting their comfort, dignity, and safety. The role also monitors and reports changes, maintains a clean environment, encourages engagement, and coordinates with nursing, dining, and life enrichment staff.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• support mealtimes, activities, and daily routines
• respond to resident needs and call lights
• assist with transfers and positioning using proper safety techniques
• perform light housekeeping
• monitor and report health or behavior changes
• build relationships with residents and families
• encourage participation in social and wellness activities
• coordinate with team members.
