What you'll do

• Lead and hold store and museum associates accountable
• oversee sales, inventory, staffing, budget, revenue, margin, and shrink targets
• plan product demonstrations, tool clinics, celebrations, group visits, and school visits
• manage inventory accuracy, replenishment, receiving, and loss prevention
• oversee exhibit upkeep and artifact care and security
• train and develop staff in product knowledge, selling skills, and company heritage
• maintain a safe, clean, accessible space
• analyze performance and lead operational improvements.
