What you'll do

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• develop schedules and manage budgets and forecasts
• lead bidding, buyout, subcontractor selection, and execution
• manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, billing, and documentation
• coordinate superintendents and subcontractors
• review plans and specifications
• manage client relationships and project risks
• travel to project locations as required.
