Environmental Project Manager, Site Remediation and Redevelopment

The Environmental Project Manager, Site Remediation and Redevelopment position is onsite in Woodridge, IL. Compensation is $130,000–$165,000 per year. V3’s Environmental Services team supports public- and private-sector clients on redevelopment, remediation, due diligence, soil management, and regulatory closure projects. The role leads project execution and technical work while managing client relationships, regulatory compliance, staff development, and business development. It contributes to the growth of the Environmental Services practice and supports redevelopment and environmental stewardship projects across Illinois and the Midwest.

What you'll do

• Manage environmental assessment, remediation, and regulatory closure projects
• develop scopes, budgets, schedules, proposals, and technical reports
• lead technical execution of SRP, LUST, and other cleanup projects
• coordinate with clients, contractors, regulators, subcontractors, and internal teams
• monitor project financial performance
• mentor staff
• support client development and practice growth.
