What you'll do

• Draft and review complex briefs, motions, and memoranda, including Daubert and Rule 702 motions
• manage discovery and oversee strategy
• collaborate with expert witnesses and assist with expert development and testimony preparation
• support depositions, fact development, and case strategy
• communicate with clients and provide strategic legal guidance
• supervise and mentor junior attorneys and associates.
