What you'll do

• Develop expertise in JEDEC HBM specifications, architecture documentation, schematics, and layouts
• perform silicon validation and characterization using laboratory equipment, circuit simulations, debugging, and data analysis
• collaborate with Product Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Test, and Quality
• analyze validation data and implement solutions to improve performance, quality, reliability, and manufacturability
• use AI-assisted and AI-enabled tools to support validation and root-cause analysis.
