What you'll do

• Observe and verify medication is taken or applied as directed
• document medication refusals and notify a supervisor or Executive Director
• maintain confidential medication and care records
• keep medication carts and rooms clean, orderly, stocked, and locked
• assist care partners and perform care partner activities when needed or requested.
