Job overview

The Inventory & Fulfillment Coordinator role is onsite in Sioux Falls, SD. Compensation is $18 per hour. The position supports Dakota Herb’s cultivation and manufacturing facilities, tracking inventory from plants through finished products and transfers. The coordinator maintains accurate physical and electronic inventory, fulfills wholesale and inter-facility orders, and escalates discrepancies or potential compliance concerns. Accurate tracking and organized fulfillment help the facilities follow established procedures and South Dakota medical cannabis inventory requirements.

What you'll do

• Maintain inventory information in Metrc
• track plants, packages, product locations, movements, transfers, batches, and testing information
• reconcile physical inventory against system records
• investigate and report discrepancies
• follow company SOPs and South Dakota medical cannabis tracking requirements
• pull, verify, pack, and stage approved orders
• maintain organized storage areas and accurate transfer documentation.

Why this role

Previous inventory, warehouse, fulfillment, cannabis, Metrc, retail, or manufacturing experience is preferred. Must be able to obtain and maintain any required South Dakota medical cannabis establishment credentials. Daily work may include end-of-day inventory reconciliation.
