What you'll do

• Prepare sushi, sashimi, and maki rolls to restaurant standards
• apply fish-quality knowledge and proper cutting techniques
• maintain consistent cuts, portions, and plating
• follow food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines
• prepare ingredients, rice, and sauces
• maintain a clean and organized station
• monitor inventory and freshness
• collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams
• offer recommendations to guests when appropriate
• and complete tasks assigned by kitchen leadership.
