What you'll do

• Plan and support age-appropriate learning experiences
• assist with activities in art, music, storytelling, science, and sensory play
• observe and document children’s development
• communicate with teaching staff, program leadership, and families
• maintain a clean, safe, organized classroom
• report accidents, behavioral concerns, unusual incidents, and suspected abuse or neglect
• support children with individualized plans
• follow health, safety, emergency, and licensing procedures
• assist with progress reports
• participate in meetings, training, and family conferences
• follow feeding, diapering, clothing-change, and toileting routines
• provide attentive supervision.

Why this role
