What you'll do

• Oversee month-, quarter-, and year-end close
• maintain the general ledger, chart of accounts, and accounting policies
• ensure GAAP-compliant, audit-ready reporting
• oversee technical accounting, internal controls, audits, and state cannabis reporting
• lead and coach the accounting team
• oversee accounting systems and support planning, forecasting, cash management, and variance analysis.
