Senior Research and Development Chemist

What you'll do

• Develop formulations for adhesives, coatings, sealants, potting, and encapsulating products
• design experiments and evaluate results
• research raw materials and technologies
• lead laboratory development through pilot-scale trials and manufacturing implementation
• prepare technical documentation
• troubleshoot production issues
• support sales and customer inquiries
• maintain laboratory records and equipment
• follow quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
