What you'll do

• Provide leadership and direction to the Red Alert team.
• Ensure correct and damage-free product delivery for redeliveries/exchanges.
• Check and verify all exchanges.
• Work with returns and Quality Assurance.
• Identify process improvements.
• Handle issues that arise.
• Use Excel for stats and bonus reports.
• Maintain excellent written and verbal communication.
• Be flexible with attendance.
• Hire staff as needed.
• Manage agents' time, provide feedback, knowledge, and appreciation.
• Perform reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain a pleasant and professional attitude.

What we're looking for

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Experience

2 years of relevant experience in the call center, order control, DC operations or at a showroom.
