What you'll do

• Check on assigned residents
• observe, report, and document changes in condition
• respond to resident call bells
• assist with daily living activities, meals, cleanliness, and life-enrichment activities
• assist with medication and treatment observation and documentation
• maintain medication supplies and carts
• count narcotics with another medication care manager or nurse
• record vital signs
• and report resident concerns and occupational exposures.
