What you'll do

• Provide responsive care and a positive classroom climate
• supervise toddlers and two-year-olds
• support children’s self-esteem, trust, and autonomy
• complete developmental and social-emotional screenings
• develop weekly individualized lesson plans
• refer children with special needs and support IFSP implementation
• partner with families
• conduct at least two home visits and two parent-teacher conferences annually per child
• maintain classroom routines and safety
• complete at least 30 hours of professional development annually.
