Head Preschool Teacher

The Head Preschool Teacher role is onsite at New Beginnings Early Learning Center in Bristol, CT, and pays $18.50–$21.50 per hour. The position is part-time. What you'll do

• Design and deliver learning experiences aligned with CT ELDS
• use DOTS for assessment and documentation
• create lesson plans and adapt teaching strategies for diverse learning needs
• maintain a safe, clean learning environment and consistent routines
• supervise assistants and volunteers
• maintain student records
• identify developmental concerns and implement appropriate interventions
• communicate with families
• collaborate with staff and specialists
• follow health, safety, and sanitation requirements.
