Senior Member Service Representative

What you'll do

• Greet and assist members
• provide product and policy information in person, by phone, and through electronic requests
• resolve or route member issues
• open and service accounts
• process transfers, withdrawals, check requests, certificates, credit advances, and loans
• conduct new-member orientation
• promote products based on member needs
• research account discrepancies
• assist with account balancing and IRA openings
• follow lending policies.
