Order Management Specialist

What you'll do

• Process customer orders, validate pricing, confirm orders, and monitor fulfillment
• respond to order-status and delivery inquiries
• coordinate with sales, production, planning, sourcing, and shipping
• track production and inventory
• resolve delays, shortages, discrepancies, returns, and billing concerns
• process order changes, cancellations, and expedited requests
• generate and analyze service and fulfillment reports
• use ERP and order management systems.
