What you'll do

• Coordinate and oversee assigned program personnel and activities
• support planning, execution, tracking, and reporting
• guide verification, triage, case processing, and data analysis
• monitor workloads, case status, metrics, and results
• analyze data using Microsoft Access and government systems
• develop reports, dashboards, and briefings
• maintain case and action tracking
• support standardized processes, training, quality assurance, and continuous improvement
• communicate updates to government and contractor stakeholders.
