What you'll do

• Greet arriving patients and answer incoming calls
• guide patients through registration, insurance verification, and payment collection
• use the patient queueing process to communicate wait times
• assist with patient feedback collection
• record charges and payments
• prepare the daily deposit and reconciliation log.
